About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of New Business Development to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role is pivotal in spearheading the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of growth opportunities that align with the company's long-term vision. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies, the identification and cultivation of new business opportunities and partnerships, and the oversight of negotiations and deal structuring. The VP will also be responsible for leading the sales organization, ensuring effective pipeline management, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President of New Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships at an executive level is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and revenue optimization. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes are essential. The role demands a leader who can work with cross-functional teams, is adept at data-driven decision-making, and can contribute to a high-performing business development team.
