When customers come into the store, you welcome them with a friendly greeting, then determine what brought them into the store. You listen closely to their needs so you can offer the perfect solution. With your detailed knowledge of our inventory, you present them with a perfectly tailored recommendation for a battery, light bulb, or one of our other products or services. Then, you show them exactly where to find what they're looking for.If a customer needs a device repaired, you inspect the device to determine if the necessary repairs are within the scope of the services we offer. If they are, you perform the repairs, working with care and attention to detail to guarantee a great result every time. When you're not helping customers, you stock our shelves and work to keep our store looking clean and professional. Your satisfaction comes from meeting new people and improving their days by providing the solutions they need! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ASSOCIATEWillingness to learnRetail or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
