Travel Physical Therapist - $1,855 per week

Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Job specifications: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days, travel employment. The role requires certification and compliance with PT board rules. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting following facility guidelines. Understand PT board rules and regulations, comply with state requirements. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care; modify it as indicated based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems in the performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred; new graduates encouraged. BLS certification. State‑specific licensing. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
