ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and has grown into a close-knit, family-oriented team of two. Before opening the agency, I spent two years as an aspirant team member and five years in corporate marketing, which gave me valuable experience in both business strategy and customer connection.

I live in Tobaccoville with my husband, who works at RJ Reynolds, and our two young boys, Carson and Jax. We have a home full of life (from kids to chickens), and I bring that same energy and warmth into the office every day. I grew up on a farm in Burlington, spent years showing horses, and have always loved the outdoors and animals, which helps keep me grounded and connected to the community I serve.

We love giving back to the community and look for ways to stay involved throughout the year. Our office culture is family-first, supportive, and full of personality. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel Abbott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
