Universal Windows Direct of Dayton is looking for a driven and personable In-Home Sales Representative to join their growing team in West Chester, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding sales career by helping homeowners transform their living spaces with premium window and home improvement solutions. If you love meeting new people and closing deals, this role is for you! Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners to present window and home improvement products
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized quotes tailored to each customer's needs
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners to guide them through the sales process from consultation to close
- Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and overcome objections
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity
- Represent the Universal Windows Direct brand with professionalism and integrity on every visit
- Prior experience in in-home sales, retail sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable conducting evening and weekend appointments as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
