Senior IT Manager

Leading the IT team at a rapidly scaling startup, the full-time Senior IT Manager will manage and develop IT Support Engineers, oversee core IT systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 HITRUST certifications, all while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US. Key responsibilities: Manage, coach, and grow the IT Support Engineers team while handling escalated technical issues Own the IT systems and roadmap, including identity and access management, device management, and SaaS tools Automate repetitive IT tasks and facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for a distributed team Required qualifications: 7+ years in IT support/operations, with at least 2 years in a management role Hands-on experience with systems like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack Strong customer service skills and ability to work with executives and senior leadership Experience in building and developing high-performing teams Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security protocols
