Sleep Disorders Center Manager II

Job Overview The Manager II is responsible for the overall management of three or more Sleep Disorders Centers, including supervision of all staff, execution of administrative and fiscal tasks, clinical oversight, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. Ensures quality patient care, develops policies and procedures, provides guidance to polysomnographic technicians and front‑office positions, and works closely with Medical Directors and physicians. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare—or equivalent experience; actively pursuing Bachelor's Degree is acceptable. Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST). BLS/CPR certification. 4–5 years of experience as a Professional Allied Health Sleep Medicine professional. Experience as Supervisor or Lead. Job Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day functions of the center, interacting professionally with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care. For three or more cost centers, execute fiscal responsibilities, monitor revenue, develop an annual budget, track spending against the budget, and reconcile expenditures. Develop policies, procedures, and oversight for the clinical development and continuing education of staff. Screen, interview, hire, and facilitate training, development, and retention of staff; evaluate performance and implement counseling or discipline as necessary. Maintain accreditation of multiple sleep centers through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), overseeing re‑accreditation every five years and maintaining required standards.
