We're led by a practicing BCBA, so the people making decisions about your caseload have actually carried one. That changes everything about how we structure your day. You have a team behind you whose entire job is to protect your clinical time: Client Care Coordinators who handle scheduling, family communication logistics, and the day-to-day coordination that usually eats a BCBA's afternoon. Dedicated billing and authorization support — so you're not the one on hold with a payer. Strong RBT training and onboarding, so the technicians you supervise come to you prepared, not green.
