Continuous Improvement Manager
PTI Technologies Inc. is a world leader in highly-reliable filtration and fluid control equipment and subsystems and miniature CAD/PAD devices, providing innovative, value-added solutions for a full range of mission, flight and life-critical operations across the Aerospace and Defense markets.
Key Responsibilities
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you are the site owner of the ESCO Operating System (EOS) and drive measurable gains in customer satisfaction and operational/financial performance. You’ll set the cadence, standards, and follow-through that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People results. Key responsibilities include:
- Deploy, govern, and sustain EOS: tiered daily management boards, KPI architecture/dashboards, visual management, Kaizen, maturity assessments, and roadmap execution
- Lead cost productivity initiatives; build and manage the savings pipeline; partner with Finance to validate P&L impact
- Standardize KPI definitions, protect data integrity, and drive countermeasures aligned from daily boards through MBRs
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, line balancing)
- Build problem-solving capability and influence leaders without formal authority
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related)
Lean Sigma training/certification (or equivalent)
7+ years manufacturing/operations; 3+ years CI/OE
