If you're driven, organized, and passionate about agriculture, this is the role for you.

Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 per year

Your Contributions Matter

As our Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs
• Serve as the central communication hub for the service department
• Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards
• Oversee technician performance and MST usage
• Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency
• Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals

Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success.

What's Required?

• 3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations
• Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
• Basic accounting skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
