Leading teams in the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions, the full-time IT Manager will oversee project execution, ensure high-quality standards, and manage ERP integrations while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage teams delivering technology projects of varying complexity Oversee the design and integration of ERP systems with internal and external applications Ensure adherence to operational standards and manage change effectively during deployments Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 7 to 10 years of relevant IT and business work experience Experience in leading teams and managing project delivery Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver IT projects on time and within budget Familiarity with ERP systems and integration processes
