Creative Director

Phoenix, AZ onsite Creative Director role leading a luxury brand's creative voice, visual identity, and brand strategy across B2C and B2B. Responsibilities Develop and lead an integrated brand and creative strategy to elevate the company’s position as a category leader Translate the company’s unique point of view, expertise, aesthetic, and personality into a consistent brand experience Define and protect brand standards for visual identity, voice, tone, storytelling, and creative execution across every touchpoint Spot opportunities to make the brand more culturally relevant , recognizable, and discussed within the community and industry Own a high-impact social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Create a consistent content stream that is beautiful, authentic, engaging, educational, entertaining, and shareable Develop campaigns and content concepts to increase reach, engagement, followers, brand awareness , and revenue Turn business people, products, expertise, behind-the-scenes moments, clients, community, and culture into compelling stories Identify trends quickly and determine what fits a sophisticated luxury brand and what does not Create content that feels current without chasing trends solely for being trendy Build content calendars, campaign concepts, creative briefs , and photography/video concepts , plus social campaigns and brand activations Collaborate directly with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers, agencies, freelancers , and other creative partners Participate in and, when appropriate, personally direct shoots and content production Concept and execute campaigns from initial idea through launch and measurement Ensure high-quality output so the brand is not posting for posting's sake Develop creative strategies that speak authentically to both consumers and professional/industry audiences Build consumer demand while strengthening relationships with referral partners, vendors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders Develop thought-leadership content that positions the company and its leadership as authorities Identify collaboration opportunities including partnerships, events, influencers, media , and community engagement Increase brand presence across local and broader industry community Develop partnerships and experiences that create genuine buzz around the brand Identify relevant influencers, tastemakers, media outlets, organizations, events, and cultural moments aligned with the brand Support the shift from a great boutique people know into a brand people talk about, follow, recommend, and aspire to experience Establish meaningful KPIs for brand awareness, social growth, engagement, reach, traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and conversion Monitor performance and refine creative strategy based on data and audience behavior Understand the difference between content that gets attention and content that builds the brand and drives business Requirements Proven experience leading creative, brand, social media, or marketing strategy for a luxury, premium, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, design, or highly experiential brand Strong understanding of luxury branding and how premium brands differ from mass-market marketing Demonstrated success growing social presence and creating content that drives meaningful engagement Exceptional visual taste and instinct for what feels and sounds elevated Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn , and emerging social platforms Natural storytelling ability to turn people, expertise, products, and personality into content Highly creative with comfort executing details Strong copywriting and communication skills Excellent instincts around trends, culture, influencers, partnerships, and digital behavior Comfort working in a highly entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution Strategic enough to build the roadmap and hands‑on enough to brief creatives, direct shoots, write captions, and ensure posts go live Builder mindset that finds opportunities and drives execution Technologies Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn The Opportunity Lead the next chapter of an exceptional luxury brand Amplify presence, influence, and visibility so reputation extends beyond the existing customer base Own the brand’s creative voice and visual identity across B2C and B2B audiences Focus on building presence across Instagram, TikTok, social media, digital, email, partnerships, and events where customers and industry influencers discover brands The Ideal Candidate Sees how much bigger the brand could be Understands the company already has the product, reputation, expertise, and customer experience to lead the category Ensures the market knows the brand Knows how to stop the scroll and create desire Turns customer experience into story Builds aspirational brands without making them inaccessible, sophisticated brands without making them sterile, and current brands without compromising identity Wants to build a brand people cannot stop talking about #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobleads-US
