As a Sylvan tutor, you will work with small groups of students (maximum of three per group) in a supportive and dynamic learning environment. • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in reading and math to students
• Implement pre-planned lessons that are straightforward, easy to manage, and enjoyable for both students and tutors
• Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment conductive to student growth and achievement
• Observe and record students' progress

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching credentials required
• Passion for teaching and working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Punctuality and reliability with attendance
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
