You'll also provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, processing transactions, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

What You'll Do

• Bake, decorate, and prepare fresh donuts and bakery items according to Dunkin' standards.
• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take guest orders, prepare beverages, and assemble orders accurately.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Stock bakery items, beverages, condiments, and service areas.
• Work with your team to prepare the restaurant for the morning rush.
• Follow recipes, baking procedures, and food safety standards to ensure every product meets quality expectations.
