Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) -
At Unicare Home Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our team. As a BCBA/LBA, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, promoting independence, self-care, and overall well-being.
About the Role:
As a BCBA/LBA at Unicare Home Care, you will be responsible for:
Conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive behavior plans for clients
Implementing and modifying behavior plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals
Providing training and support to caregivers and families
Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting plans as necessary
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and developments
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals
Provide training and support to caregivers and families
Monitor and evaluate client progress
Maintain accurate records and reports
Stay current with industry best practices and developments
Requirements:
Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis
Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
