About UsParaquad champions equity and independence for people with disabilities through services partnerships, education, and advocacy. Position Summary:Responsible cleaning and inventory of Reuse equipment Key Responsibilities:Direct ServicesClean and sanitize donated durable medical equipment, inventorying equipment into an Excel spreadsheet.Reporting and DocumentationInventorying equipment in an Excel spreadsheet.MiscellaneousProtect participant's rights to privacy and confidentiality in all forms of communication.Attend and participate in all required trainings and meetings every fiscal Required Qualifications:Education and ExperienceHigh school diplomaSkills and Competencies:Customer ServiceResourcefulnessOral/Written CommunicationTeam PlayerComputer Literacy in Microsoft Office Programs and Database EnvironmentDriving and Personal Transportation PreferredWorking Conditions:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25% of the time. Frequently needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and positions self to maintain files in file cabinets. Occasionally ascends/descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.Frequently moves self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.Occasionally requires repeated motions and/or machinery and power tools that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, phone system, and computer printer. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Frequently moves items, weighing up to 50 pounds, across environment for various needs. Must be able to work full-time in variety of environmental conditions: high and low temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, hazardous conditions, and small/enclosed spaces.
