Join our team and let us prove it to you!What You Will Do:Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product applications to solve complex production challengesLead equipment and process improvements to reduce scrap, increase efficiency, and improve throughputSupport new product launches, line startups, and production trialsAnalyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutionsAssist with equipment specifications, vendor selection, and contractor coordinationProvide technical support for customer interactions, trials, and problem resolutionPartner with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issuesLead installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and facility upgradesTrain production and maintenance teams on new equipment and processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plantStep into leadership coverage (supervision support) as neededWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or equipment engineering (wet wipes, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting and improving equipment systemsProven ability to analyze data and implement process improvementsStrong project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationExperience with CAD (AutoCAD preferred) and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment
