Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN required, but not both.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Perm candidates of any other Providence facility (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

Unit Details: Freestanding ED setting. Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Day staffing ratio: 1.

Shift & Scheduling: 3x12s ) or 3x10s ) - traveler’s choice. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Call required: 2-3 days monthly.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
