Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deliver intelligent systems that power automated testing across web applications and APIs. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you’ll architect AI-driven workflows, improve system reliability, and help define how next-generation testing platforms operate.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, translating cutting-edge AI concepts into practical, high-impact solutions used daily by developers.

What You’ll Build

• AI-Driven Testing Systems: Design and deploy intelligent systems that automate end-to-end testing for modern applications, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Autonomous Agent Workflows: Create and refine agent-based architectures capable of navigating and interacting with live software environments, including web interfaces and APIs.
• Model Orchestration & Optimization: Develop strategies for prompt design, model coordination, and evaluation pipelines to enhance the quality and reliability of AI outputs.
• Scalable Production Solutions: Build robust, production-ready AI features that integrate seamlessly into developer workflows and deliver consistent, measurable value.
• Continuous Innovation: Evaluate emerging tools, models, and frameworks, integrating new capabilities to stay at the forefront of applied AI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to transform ideas into deployable features, influencing both technical direction and user experience.

What You Bring

• Software Engineering Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience building and shipping software in production environments.
• Applied AI Expertise: Hands-on experience developing AI-powered systems, including large language model applications, agent-based architectures, or machine learning pipelines.
• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar, with the ability to build scalable systems.
• LLM & AI Tooling Knowledge: Experience working with modern AI APIs, prompt engineering techniques, and model evaluation methods.
• Production Mindset: Track record of building reliable, maintainable systems—not just experimental prototypes.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Comfort tackling complex, ambiguous challenges and turning them into structured, deliverable solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively across teams and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to browser automation tools or web interaction frameworks.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and developer workflows.
• Experience with agent-based AI frameworks or custom orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, or model fine-tuning.
• Background in developer tools or platforms serving engineering teams.
