Technology PPM Product Leader

Lead enterprise Technology Project Portfolio Management capabilities, including demand, capacity, financial, and portfolio planning Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Technology PPM ecosystem Oversee portfolio management tools, integrations, reporting, and data capabilities, including Clarity, Jira, and ServiceNow Partner with Finance on forecasting, investment planning, and capital and expense management Collaborate with Technology, Portfolio, and HR leaders to align people, products, priorities, and investments Communicate portfolio insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders Lead stakeholders through transformation by establishing requirements, decision‑making processes, and change management practices Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience Typically 10+ years of experience in technology, portfolio management, product management, enterprise planning, or related disciplines 3+ years of leadership or senior individual contributor experience with enterprise‑level responsibility Experience leading Project Portfolio Management or enterprise technology planning functions within a large organization Strong understanding of portfolio management, capacity planning, demand management, and financial forecasting Experience with Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar portfolio and workflow management platforms Ability to build stakeholder alignment and lead through transformation and change Strong executive communication, influence, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Applicants must be able to comply with workplace conduct and safety policies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Technology Project Portfolio Management, including demand, capacity, and financial planning, while effectively leading transformation initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
