What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage scheduling and staffing to keep services running smoothly
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of RBTs and admin staff
• Coordinate client intake, assessments, and service assignments
• Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and quality standards
• Track authorizations and support billing coordination
• Act as the main point of communication between staff, families, and leadership
• Identify ways to improve processes and strengthen operations

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health (clinical or administrative)
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of ABA services and terminology
• Comfortable managing schedules, systems, and multiple priorities
• Experience with platforms like CentralReach or Rethink is a plus

Position Details
• Part-Time (with growth potential)
• $15–$18/hour based on experience
• Onsite in Zebulon, NC (hybrid flexibility based on experience)
