Adecco is currently seeking experienced Clamp Operators for a premier client in Lancaster, TX 75134 , near Danieldale Rd. If you have clamp truck experience, warehouse knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic distribution environment.

Pay Rates

Day Shift: $18.50/hour
Night Shift: $19.75/hour

Job Summary

As a Clamp Operator , you will play a key role in warehouse operations by safely loading and unloading trailers, receiving inventory, storing products, and fulfilling customer orders using clamp equipment. You'll help ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipments while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate clamp equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload trailers and containers according to customer requirements

• Receive, store, and relocate inventory within designated warehouse locations

• Complete inventory transactions accurately using RF scanners and computer systems

• Sort, pack, wrap, strap, and label products according to company and customer specifications

• Follow production schedules to support material movements, shipments, and deliveries

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse

• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections of forklift and clamp equipment

• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to leadership

• Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris, empty pallets, wood, and plastic materials

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards

• Support Regional Distribution Center KPI goals, including:

  • Safety

  • On-Time Shipping

  • Inventory Accuracy

  • Productivity

  • Quality & Scrap Reduction

Qualifications

? Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Clamp truck operation experience required

? Strong understanding of:

• Warehouse operations

• Shipping and receiving processes

• Inventory control procedures

• Material handling best practices

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

? Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
