I am currently representing a highly respected public accounting firm that is seeking an accomplished CPA with 10+ years of experience to join its leadership team and support continued firm growth. This role provides the opportunity to lead and mentor a team, oversee high-value client engagements, and make a significant impact within a highly professional, growth-focused environment.

- Competitive compensation: $140,000$175,000

- Overtime paid or flex/comp time for hours over 40
- Off-season: ~35 hours/week
