Job Description

Join the team at Bristol-Myers Squibb Children's Hospital, where you'll provide exceptional respiratory care in the NICU, PICU, and pediatric emergency department. You will work with a diverse patient population, including neonates and adolescents, utilizing advanced respiratory support techniques and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation including BiPAP, CPAP, high-frequency jet and oscillatory ventilation.
• Provide airway and oxygen therapy along with emergency interventions such as intubation assist and extubation.
• Perform respiratory procedures including arterial punctures, drawing and interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs).
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and interdepartmental neonatal transports.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1.5 years of clinical experience in both NICU and PICU Level III settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active New Jersey license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS.
