Production Operator

Overview

Production Operator is responsible to operate the lamination process and ensure

continuous production is maintained in compliance with specifications and ensure quality procedures are followed as specified in process instructions and records. Works in accordance with health and safety
procedures and ensures good manufacturing practices.

Skills and Experience

1+ Years experience in Manufacturing Machine Operation, Mechanical aptitude, Experience with metric measurements, Maintain production records such as quantities, dimensions and thickness of materials processed, Start machine and made equipment adjustments as per WI, if required. Move controls to feed, admit, apply or transfer material and adhesives and to adjust temperature, pressure and time settings, as per work instructions. Adjust machine components according to specifications such as width, length and thickness of material as per production schedule.
