Job Types Part-time and Full-Time Schedule Availability Days, Evenings, Overnights, or Weekend Shifts Flexible Shifts 12-hour Shifts Weekend Only Shifts Home Health Nurse Benefits Pay ranges between $40 and $45 per hour Weekly pay with direct deposit Daily pay options Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match (Traditional or Roth) Paid Training Shift Bonuses Ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive mission-driven leadership Home Health Nurse Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care according to individualized care plans Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient evaluations Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other clinical treatments Educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and wellness Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the broader care team Document all care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards Promote patient independence and support positive health outcomes Home Health Nurse Requirements Preferred: Experience providing trach and respiratory care with precision and safety Preferred: Experience with using a ventilator Preferred: Experience with Infusions Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Wisconsin Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills Analytic/Critical thinker Strong clinical skills Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the client's mobility.
