As a national leader in providing services to individuals with disabilities and mental illness, we're seeking dedicated leaders to join our St. Louis office as Direct Support Professionals in our High Behavior Supported Living Homes. Assist with daily living tasks and ensure cleanliness and organization. Administer medications and follow healthcare protocols under nurse supervision. Document client progress and goals Engage individuals in age-appropriate recreational and therapeutic activities. Safely transport individuals as needed Collaborate with co-workers to enhance growth Participate in ongoing professional training Other duties as assigned General Qualifications: Valid auto insurance and driver's license required Reliable transportation required High school diploma or equivalency Ready to Join Us?
