In-Home Behavior Therapist

It involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate works closely with patients and their families to create a supportive environment conducive to learning and skill development. At-Home teammates typically work with one to two patients each day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 8 am to 5 pm with one hour for transition between patients. What you will be doing as an At-Home Behavior Therapist Travel to client homes up to 45 minutes each way. Work autonomously, self‑motivating and taking ownership of your caseload. Apply the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential. Engage children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years). Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child. Collaborate with a team dedicated to living the company’s core values. Drive your personal vehicle to appointments, arriving promptly and focusing entirely on the patient during direct therapy sessions. Pay Ranges Associate/High School Diploma Track: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour Bachelor’s Degree Track: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour Master’s Degree Track: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour First raise after earning your RBT certification. What We Offer Additional $2.00 per hour premium pay on top of base wages for in‑home sessions. Mileage reimbursement. Two oil changes per year (up to $50). Academic background in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology (a college degree preferred). Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Life Skills Assistant. A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
