Phlebotomy Trainee

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned phlebotomy school within 30 days of hire
- Observe phlebotomy collections in patient service center or clinic settings
- Schedule appointments and register patients at check-in
- Perform data entry for patient demographics and billing information
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer and typing abilities
- Alpha-numeric data entry proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
