* Provide information to family and physicians CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* VA LPN license in good standing
* Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges and/or intellectual disabilities
* Current CPR, physical, PPD/chest x-ray DTG ADVANTAGES
* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education.
