Looking for a fulfilling role in a health-conscious, vibrant environment? Cane & Coconut, located in Washington, DC, is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. If you’re enthusiastic about wellness, nutrition, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a FOH Team Member, you’ll be the face of Cane & Coconut, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Gaining and maintaining product knowledge of our C&C brand offerings to assist guests with informed choices.
- Following strict food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Assisting with daily FOH operations, including maintaining an organized and inviting space.
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.
We’re seeking team members who are passionate about health and wellness and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation and production or a similar environment and/or a customer-facing role.
- A strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A Food Handler ServSafe Certification (or the ability to acquire and maintain one).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about our brand and products.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
FOH Shift Lead opportunities are also available for those with leadership experience and a desire to grow within our team.
