Job Description:

Full-scope LDRP RN responsible for providing care in Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, and Postpartum/Couplet Care in an 8-bed unit. RN must be competent in intrapartum management, immediate newborn stabilization, routine newborn assessments, and postpartum/couplet care for stable mother and infants. Must be able to function independently in a low-volume, high-acuity rural setting and transition between labor, nursery, and couple assignments based on census and staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care in labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn settings.
• Circulate C-sections and manage high-risk labor.
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and provide postpartum/couplet care competency.

Requirements:

• RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred
• 2 years of experience
• Ability to circulate C-sections and manage high-risk labor
• Experience in the LDRP model preferred
