Junior.NET DeveloperApplication that administers the welfare benefits for PA Citizens. CIS project administers welfare benefits for PA Citizens under the guidance of Client administration. This collects the information of PA citizens who are requesting assistance from Client and determine the eligibility and issue the benefits.Required Skills . NET core, MVC Framework, Rest API, SOA services with 3 to 6 years' experience. We will prefer someone with excellent PLSQL skills as that's the core work we have right now.Preferred Skills Ability to analyze and design & document the design using UML tools - Ability to create Activity, Class and Sequence diagrams.Responsibilities System analysis, Reengineering, documentation, design, and development.
