The Role: Product Leader for AI‑Driven Experiences We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the evolution of our platform into an AI‑enabled, intelligent ordering ecosystem. This role will drive the integration of machine learning, large language models, and Agentic AI systems into our core products—unlocking new levels of personalization, automation, and operational efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, data, and engineering, owning high‑impact initiatives that directly influence customer experience and business outcomes across global restaurant brands. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Execution Define and execute product strategy for AI‑powered ordering, engagement, and operational tools Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous optimisation – Hands On Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes AI / Agentic AI Product Development Identify and deliver AI‑driven product opportunities, including Personalisation and recommendation engines Predictive ordering and dynamic upsell Intelligent customer engagement (chat, voice, and digital assistants) Design and implement Agentic AI workflows (autonomous systems that can make decisions and take actions across the platform) Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance customer interactions and internal tools Partner with Data/AI teams to define model requirements, evaluation frameworks, and performance metrics Drive adoption of automation and orchestration to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency Customer & Business Impact Deliver measurable outcomes, including conversion rate lift, average order value (AOV), and customer retention Define and track AI product KPIs (model accuracy, latency, engagement, automation rates, etc.) Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities Cross‑Functional Leadership Lead prioritisation across stakeholders and align teams on roadmap and execution Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement About You Core Product Experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in a fast‑paced SaaS or technology environment Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end products from concept to launch Strong experience with e‑Commerce, transactional systems, or high‑scale consumer platforms, Restaurant Platforms Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development best practices AI & Technical Acumen Experience building or working with AI/ML‑powered products (recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics, etc.) Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and autonomous workflow design Understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and their application in real‑world products Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams on technical solutions Strong grasp of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and cloud‑based architectures Product Mindset Customer‑obsessed with a focus on delivering high‑quality, impactful experiences Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Ability to balance strategy and execution in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation Nice to Have Experience with AI copilots or autonomous agents in production environments Exposure to voice AI, conversational commerce, or digital assistants Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search Background in restaurant technology, digital ordering, or POS‑integrated platforms Why Join Tillster Be at the forefront of AI transformation in digital ordering and customer engagement Work on enterprise‑scale platforms used by global restaurant brands Drive innovation in a space where AI directly impacts revenue and customer experience Collaborate with a high‑performing, cross‑functional global team Pay and Benefits (USA) Salary is $135,000 – $165,000 DOE Health Benefits: All full‑time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits. Holidays: The company observes ten paid holidays per calendar year.
