Psychiatric Multidisciplinary Team Member

A member of the psychiatric Multidisciplinary Team who is responsible for the care of assigned patients and assists with the Intensive Outpatient care under the direct supervision of a licensed individual. Responsibilities

1. Collaborates with the clinical team in the application of principles of patient assessment.

2. Collaborates with the Clinical Team in the application of principles for planning patient care.

3. Works with the clinical team in the application of principles of implementation of patient care.

4. Works with the Clinical Team in the application of principles of evaluation of patient care.

5. Provides Clerical support to REACH programs - including facilitation of transportation coordination for Child and Adolescent populations.

6. Documentation is accurate, timely and legible.

7. Is knowledgeable in the policy and procedures of seclusions /restraints for the Child Program. Is certified in CPI and maintains credentialing as required.

8. Performs decentralized laboratory testing following established policies and procedures

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in psychology or related field,

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years current clinical mental health experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field.

Outpatient child psychiatric experience preferred
