Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate for its Structured Finance Practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations, contributing to complex and innovative financial solutions. Duties Advise clients on bespoke capital raising and investment solutions. Work on cutting-edge structured finance and securitization transactions. Collaborate with major market participants, including issuers, banks, and investors. Counsel on transactions involving commercial and esoteric assets. Provide cross-border counsel on commercial, insolvency, and tax law aspects. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions. Experience with securitizations and innovative financial structures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
