About the role You will be working in our Austin, TX location coordinating and fulfilling orders related to enterprise compliance across numerous jurisdictions. This role involves working full‑time, Monday through Friday. What you will do Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner Flexibly move between departments depending on busy season, volume, and business need, to include the Corporate, ARMS, Lien Research, and Registered Agent departments Provide internal customer service that is courteous, warm, and knowledgeable, exercising emotional intelligence while under pressure Operate office equipment, such as phones, computers, scales, mailing sorters, photocopiers and scanners Utilize Capitol Services’ proprietary systems to process work Efficiently and accurately navigate public record websites and government databases for the purpose of filing and retrieving publicly recorded documents In coordination with colleagues and correspondents, prepare, review, and submit filings to various regulatory agencies, or perform research, paying close attention to statutory and jurisdictional rules and regulations Accurately enter and maintain information in Capitol Services’ proprietary systems according to internal guidelines, protocols, and procedures Maintain organization to ensure accurate results Who you are Strong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects / assignments. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule, which may be hybrid or require an in‑person office presence depending on business needs. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times. Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents. Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
