Position Summary We are eagerly seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. The LPN plays a vital role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion Perform other nursing‑related duties as assigned Qualifications Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required Experience: At least one year in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred Preferred: Background working with co‑occurring disorders and detox protocols Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $34–$35/hour (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Opportunities for professional development and career growth Supportive team culture and strong clinical leadership Pyramid CORE Values INTEGRITY is striving to be honest, transparent, and ethical when dealing with clients, staff, and the community.
