What You'll Do

• Assist physicians during surgical procedures with appropriate preparation and handling of equipment and supplies
• Ensure all instrumentation and supplies are available and maintained
• Scrub in and assist with various surgical procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Support department operations, including equipment disinfection and sterilization
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and technical skills relevant to surgical technology
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
• Demonstrate good judgment and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other related duties to support surgical team needs

What You Need

• Certified Surgical Technology (CST) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of specialized surgical experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances
