Experience in architectural sales, specification sales, construction materials, building products, flooring systems, or a related industry Knowledge of architectural specifications, commercial construction processes, and project influence strategies Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and key construction stakeholders Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience managing multiple projects and business opportunities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams A high level of professionalism, initiative, and passion for helping customers succeed Alignment with ARDEX's core values: Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Requirements Minimum of two (2) years' experience in architectural sales, specification sales, construction materials, building products, or a related commercial construction role Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Ability to travel throughout the territory up to 30%, including occasional overnight travel Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to travel by automobile and air as required Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave to support growing families. 401(k) with Company Match to help you save for retirement.
