Role Description The Post Closer is a full-time, on-site role located in Jenkintown, PA, responsible for finalizing real estate closing files and ensuring all documents are accurately completed and properly recorded. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing closing packages for completeness, verifying signatures, dates, and loan terms, and preparing documents for submission to lenders, title insurance underwriters, and county recording offices. The role involves reconciling escrow accounts, confirming disbursements, and updating internal systems to reflect final loan and title statuses. The Post Closer communicates with customers, lenders, and internal team members to resolve outstanding issues, obtain missing documents, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role also supports continuous process improvement by identifying discrepancies and recommending updates to procedures and checklists. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams. Candidates should possess foundational Escrow and Loans knowledge to review closing packages, disbursements, and post-closing documentation accurately. Candidates should possess Real Estate-related experience or understanding of title, settlement, and recording processes. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with office productivity software and ability to learn title/escrow management systems. Ability to work on-site in Jenkintown, PA, collaborate with a team, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Prior experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate closing operations is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in real estate, finance, or related fields are a plus.
