Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will handle tasks such as: Taking and Defending Depositions Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests with precision and clarity Develop case strategies through thorough analysis of facts, applicable laws, and regulations across diverse practice areas Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements or resolutions when appropriate Coordinate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide clear updates on case progress Collaborate with internal teams on legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and tracking deadlines Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or hearings as needed ** Qualifications ** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school License to practice law in the state of Texas Previous experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
