Pay $70,000 - $100,000 per year Job Type Full-time, in-person. What You’ll Do Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency. Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video. Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities. Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience. Contribute to a positive, team-first dealership environment. What We’re Looking For Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a plus. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Positive, confident, and high-energy presence. Team player who wants to grow and win with the group. High school diploma or equivalent.
