We're partnering with a respected industrial organization seeking a Safety Specialist to support compliance initiatives, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. This role works closely with leadership and employees across multiple sites to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

This role works closely with leadership and employees across multiple sites to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Identify compliance and non-compliance risks
• Assist with corrective action planning and coaching
• Communicate safety policies, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare audit reports and training recommendations
• Maintain contractor qualification databases
• Partner with employees and leaders to strengthen safety culture

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of OSHA construction and/or general industry safety experience
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

Required Skills

• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety-related documentation systems
• Ability to build relationships and influence positive safety behaviors
• Ability to travel regionally

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
