About the Role
We're growing and looking for a sharp, dependable Customer Service Representative to be one of the voices of our auto insurance team. If you take pride in doing things right, stay cool under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you.
This is an in-person role where every day matters and your work is noticed.

- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and patience
- Resolve customer concerns with a calm, solutions-first mindset
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Step up and support teammates when needed
