This is an in-person role where every day matters and your work is noticed.

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and patience
• Resolve customer concerns with a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift
• Step up and support teammates when needed
