Medical Director - Psychiatrist (Part Time)

Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Medical Director to join our team. Be a part of our facility and make a difference in dual diagnosis treatment. Advanced Recovery Systems is a physician-led behavioral healthcare company dedicated to providing evidence-based, expert care for addiction and mental health conditions. We work with health care providers, organizations and individuals to connect those in need to life-saving addiction treatment and mental health support that repairs lives, families and the surrounding communities. The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a facility devoted to the well-being of professional fire service members. It provides specialized care for those facing PTSD, trauma, substance use, addiction, and other behavioral health challenges. Guided by a mission and medical expertise, the center supports members in their healing journey and connection with peers who share similar experiences. The center plays a critical role in supporting those who protect others. The Medical Director provides 24-hour management of the Medical and Psychiatric Services of the facility, reporting to the Executive Director for day-to-day operations. The Medical Director leads staff and ensures medical activities align with state and federal regulations and accrediting standards. The Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer are available for medical department support, medical issues, metrics, and quality standards.
