This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mental health care, bring strong clinical skills, and are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure and offer high-quality clinical supervision within a supportive and team-oriented setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to identify client needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groupsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded careParticipate in case consultations and treatment planning meetingsMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standardsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriateProvide crisis intervention services when neededStay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health careQualificationsMaster 's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited programCurrent, unrestricted licensure in the state of UtahExperience in outpatient, community-based mental health, substance use treatment, and/or domestic violence services preferredStrong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environmentFamiliarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Simple Practice a plusMRT and/or DV certification preferred, but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary (DOE)Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees11 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO annually (full-time)Opportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace cultureEqual Opportunity EmployerSol Recovery Community, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
