Psychiatrist – Adult Outpatient
Location: San Pablo, CA

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Patient Population: Adult
• Pay Rate: $220/hour

A Staff Psychiatrist opportunity is available at a West County Adult Outpatient Clinic in San Pablo, CA . This is a stable, team-based outpatient role focused on providing high-quality psychiatric care to an established adult patient population.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients
• Provide ongoing medication management and treatment planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and nursing staff
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in SmartCare EMR
• Support continuity of care for an established outpatient panel
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification required
• Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
• No call, nights, or weekends

• Expertise in adult psychiatric care and medication management
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience with SmartCare EMR preferred
• Commitment to community mental health and patient-centered care
