Works daily with all areas of dealership to ensure excellence in customer service.Meet or exceed sales goals both number of units and gross profit margin.AOR development and managementProspecting/Marketing to locate and attract new customers while retaining and growing existing businessFace to face meetings including cold calls.Meet or exceed OEM Sales Participation requirements.Sell full product range across all industries.Product knowledgeOEM hard and soft productsDeveloping knowledge of Power Statement and Probing QuestionsUtilize tools and systems to complete all sales processes and ensure consistent customer experience and best in the industry.OEM Tools to develop quotes, proposals, sales assistance, etc.Customer Relationship Management Tool ("CRM") to document daily activities and opportunities.Internal tools – Proposals, Buyer's Orders, etc.Delivery ProcessWork with all areas of dealershipFinance and Insurance Department to actively pursue and educate customers on financing options.Parts and Service to ensure timely delivery and repairs of trucks.Sales and Accounting to ensure all paperwork completed accurately and timelyRental and Leasing utilizationTimely completion of all Company and OEM sponsored training programs and requirementsSkills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred.Personal Accountability and self-motivated, willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the heavy-duty truck industryAbility to follow through with promises made to customers and teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skill Time management skillTeam PlayerMust obtain CDL within 180 days.We are a network of commercial truck dealerships committed to providing the best products and services through highly skilled associates who are focused on delivering the lowest life-cycle cost to our customers.
