Staff Physical Therapist

We're partnering with a well-established, therapist-led orthopedic practice in Boulder that believes great clinicians don't need to be micromanaged. If you're looking for genuine autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and a collaborative team environment, we'd love to tell you more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Treat a general orthopedic and sports medicine caseload
• Deliver true 1-on-1 patient care with 30-minute appointments
• Work alongside an experienced, supportive clinical team
• Build lasting relationships with patients while providing high-quality care

Schedule

• Monday-Friday only (no weekends)
• Flexible scheduling with options including 4x10s or 5x8s
• Full-Time preferred (30+ hours), with Part-Time also available

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$95,000 annually

What We're Looking For

• Licensed (or license eligible) Physical Therapist in Colorado
• 1-2 years of outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates with relevant clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Collaborative, self-motivated clinicians who enjoy working as part of a close-knit team

Salary Range Disclosure: $75,000-$95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors. This position is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
